Vulnerability report for the extraordinary regularization of immigrants

Qui ho pot demanar?

People registered in Sant Feliu de Llobregat, in an irregular situation, who NO meet any of these requirements:

Have requested International Protection in Spain before January 1, 2026.
Have worked under a contract for employment or self-employment in Spain, or be able to prove the intention to work for employment, through a job offer, or for self-employment, through a responsible declaration.
Living with a family unit composed of minor children or adults with disabilities and/or first-degree ascendants.

When can you do?

Until June 30, 2026, inclusive.

Documents required

Identity document, for identification purposes only.
Accreditation of representation, if applicable.
If you do not have a file with Social Services or related Municipal Services, you will need to provide documentation proving your vulnerability situation. Otherwise, the corresponding vulnerability report will not be issued by the City Council's Social Services.

The circumstances of vulnerability that are taken into account are the following:

Social isolation or lack of support network
Situation of homelessness or precarious housing
Victim of discrimination or social exclusion
Lack of sufficient income
Situation of poverty or risk of economic exclusion
Difficulty accessing employment
Dependents (minors, dependents)
Family unit in a situation of vulnerability
Single parenthood in a context of precariousness
Psychosocial risks
Exposure to situations of exploitation or abuse
Others (you will need to specify which ones they are)
