The City Council of Sant Feliu de Llobregat can not compel non-municipal documentation that individuals want to present outside the Town Hall itself.
In this case, the order must be made by a notary or by the official body that must receive the documentation.

The documentation that is presented in the General Register of the City Council of Sant Feliu de Llobregat will be digitized, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.

Only in the case that digitization is materially impossible to perform and when strictly necessary for regulatory imposition, this documentation will be certified, applying the exemption of the tax foreseen in the fiscal Ordinance number 6.
