Cultural Strategic Plan

This document is result the merger of the contributions of all participatory activities Local Culture Forum held since July 2013 . Sectoral workshops, debates with previous papers, interviews, conference participation, etc. have enabled 250 people in the city have been able to socialize their reflections on local culture and present their wishes and proposals for future culture.

The results of all this had been ordered, interrelate, weigh and interpret so give rise to a proposed roadmap culture Santfeliuenc the coming years . The proposal, once assessed, validated and approved, will be the Strategic Plan for Culture , a guidance document to serve the future activity of all local cultural agents, obviously reviewable every action monitoring plan.

The document is aimed at to define proposals and priorities for action , but not to make the diagnosis and analysis of the current situation of local Culture, which can be found in the rest of FCL documentation. In this sense, it is necessary to emphasize that the text has the will to be concise and concrete, without too much collateral considerations, and moves in the strict field of propositions of action for the future.

It has structured through five strategic lines . After defining the general objectives of each line, the priorities, arranged in order of importance, have been related. In cases where it has been possible, after each priority, the specific objectives and actions proposed have been detailed. The structural line, therefore, goes from more general to more specific.

Not all the priorities indicated in the Local Culture Forum have had the same level of consensus among the participants and this aspect has not been forgotten in the writing of this document. The information on the degree of agreement of each item has been made compatible with the necessary ordering of priorities, taking into account the level of importance, urgency, depth or scope of each one. One thing and the other has not always coincided. The color shading of each proposal will give us the key in each case.
