Technology training has different aspects:

• Standard basic training: Initial training (ICT accreditation, use of the computer keyboard and mouse, operating systems, web browsing ...) which aim to provide basic knowledge to facilitate the first contact with the new technologies. Organized into sessions between 1 and 2 hours. They can be workshops, with seven sessions lasting one session or seminars. Point made ICT Palau Fern.

• Specialized training standard: Training in what to study in depth a topic or issue specific or advanced in technological aspects (communication, professional applications, audiovisual ...). It is usually performed in the ICT point of Palau Fern.

• Customized training for an institution / company (minimum 6-8 people). specific training in order to provide tools and resources to businesses, entrepreneurs and organizations so they can apply ICT and technological innovation in their everyday professional, business associations and social innovation. It can be done in the meeting room of the tower Roser or Point ICT subject to availability.
