Technological support services for citizen entities

From March 1, 2018, this procedure must be done by electronic means obligatorily, in accordance with what is established in articles 14.2 of the Law 39/2015 of Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (pdf) i 38 of theMunicipal Ordinance of Transparency and Electronic Administration (pdf), if you carry it out as:

• Any type of legal entity.
• Entity without legal personality (AAVV, community of owners ...).
• Collegiate professionals (notaries, registrars of property and mercantile, architects, engineers, lawyers ...).
• Beneficiaries of subsidies granted by the City Council.
• Self-employed worker.
• Representative of any of the aforementioned subjects.

How?

Durant la tramitació, en l'exposició de fets i motius, cal fer constar el següent:

In relation to the Sant Feliu Innova Municipal Program project of the Open Government and General Services Department of the Sant Feliu de Llobregat Town Hall, which promotes the use of new technologies for citizen entities through digital services that enhance the Digital literacy and Internet use by entities.

And in the petition part it is necessary to indicate the options that are needed of the following:

• Computer with monitor.
• Printer
• Training and dynamization in the Internet and free software.
• Advice and digital accompaniment

Local associations that are registered in the Municipal Register of Citizen Entities

Deadline for resolution

The counseling and training services will receive an answer within 15 days.

With regard to the delivery of computer equipment, different deliveries will be centralized in one or two annual sessions, depending on availability of material.
